HR Recruiter - International BPO

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Kalyan. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions. The recruiter will also assist in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Strong skills in talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Experience with recruitment strategies and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and company recruitment policies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruitment within the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
