Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to meet business hiring needs. The role involves sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct HR screening to assess communication skills, role fitment, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle high-volume as well as niche hiring requirements based on business needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and hiring timelines.
- Share regular recruitment status updates, trackers, and hiring reports with stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates, including offer negotiation and joining follow-ups.
- Prepare and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and weekly dashboards.
- Support recruitment process improvements to reduce turnaround time and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- 56 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (technical and/or non-technical roles).
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight timelines.
- Understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting metrics.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwin box, Zoho) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
