Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

For this role, prior recruitment experience or specific skills are not required; however, strong English communication skills are a must.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for non-tech and design-related roles, while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for design and creative roles

Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

Conduct initial screening and interview calls

Manage job postings across multiple platforms

Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Support the recruitment team in closing positions efficiently

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in recruitment and HR processes
• Basic understanding of hiring or HR is a plus
