Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates. The individual will coordinate with hiring managers, maintain a talent pipeline, and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires. Additionally, the recruiter will assist with employer branding initiatives and maintain recruitment data and reports for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, screening, sourcing, and interview coordination
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates effectively
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources in an educational or training institution is a plus
- Familiarity with the animation or creative industry is an advantage but not mandatory
