Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates skills and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Comfortable working in a US/night shift environment.
