Hiring: HR Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Recruitment atEvoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: D-1107 to1111, Ganesh Glory 11, Godrej Garden City Road Jagatpur, Gota, Ahmedabad | Work From Office

Experience: 1+ Years

CTC: Up to 35,000 per month based on experience lavel

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.

Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures

Achieve recruitment targets within defined TAT

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment

Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
