Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms to find the best match for open roles.
• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offers: Manage job offers, explain benefits, and handle compensation negotiations.
• Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
