We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment and a passion for connecting candidates with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience is a Must for recruitment or HR-related roles.

Must be an MBA Graduate

Excellent English Communication

Must have social Digital marketing knowledge

Must have email Drafting knowledge

Must know about Drafting MOA Agreements

Must have good design knowledge

Must know about handling new Clients

Having Payroll knowledge is an added advantage

Must be an Immediate joiner
