We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting the best candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Assist in employer branding activities and job fairs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
