This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include establishing recruiting requirements, meeting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment databases. The recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and job descriptions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology sector or AI domain is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
