We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other recruitment tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
