Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
