Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

Experience: 6 Months 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days (MondaySaturday)

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating interviews with clients / hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate data and follow-ups
• Handling offer rollout and joining formalities
• Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri / Foundit preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Ability to work under target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• Experience in consultancy or bulk hiring preferred
• Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
• Candidates staying nearby Dahisar / Borivali / Kandarpada will be an advantage

Salary:

• 12,000 25,000 CTC (Depending on experience)
• Incentives + Performance Bonus

Work Timings:

• 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
