Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, work closely with sales leadership, and support HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with 13 years of experience who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hiring top sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles such as BDE and BDM.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and sales leadership.
- Ensure timely candidate communication and positive candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and documentation of new hires.
Administrative & HR Support
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate records, and HR databases.
- Handle HR documentation, filing, and data entry for recruitment processes.
- Respond to HR and recruitment-related queries from candidates and employees.
HR Operations & Sales Team Support
- Support employee benefits and HR policy communication for sales teams.
- Assist in training and development initiatives for new sales hires.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and team events.
- Act as a liaison between HR and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Project & Research Support
- Assist in recruitment-focused projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research on sales hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding.
Experience & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably hiring BDEs, BDMs, or similar sales roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, job portals, social media recruiting, and ATS.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.
