Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field preferred
• 6 months –1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
