Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end lateral hiring for non-IT roles across industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring quality talent delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT / lateral roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Manage offer negotiation and closure.
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Exposure to non-IT hiring / lateral hiring is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
