Through SETOO Talent, we manage end-to-end hiring, staffing, onboarding, and workforce operations for internal teams, clients, and vendor partners.

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern who can support recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and onboarding activities while working closely with business and delivery teams.

Role Summary

The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring and staff augmentation, along with onboarding coordination. The role requires strong screening ability, effective communication, and structured documentation management.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand hiring requirements and assist in preparing Job Descriptions (JD)
  • Coordinate JD approvals before publishing
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct resume screening and basic candidate evaluation
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support salary discussion and expectation alignment
  • Assist in offer rollout and joining coordination
  • Ensure professional rejection communication
  • Monitor emails and respond to candidate queries
  • Candidate Experience Management
  • Ensure clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Represent SETOO's employer brand professionally
  • Onboarding Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-onboarding communication and document collection
  • Ensure completion of KYC, education, and experience documents
  • Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV)
  • Coordinate joining formalities and Day 1 onboarding
  • Maintain employee folders and documentation
  • Update employee master data and onboarding trackers
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin/IT teams for smooth onboarding
  • Staff Augmentation & Client Hiring
  • Support recruitment for contract and client-based roles
  • Screen candidates as per client requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for client needs
  • Client & Vendor Coordination
  • Schedule interviews with clients and vendors
  • Share candidate profiles in required formats
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support client onboarding documentation
  • Contract Position Management
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of contract employees
  • Coordinate BGV for contract hires
  • Maintain NDA, agreements, and vendor documentation
  • Track engagement and performance of contract employees
  • Recruitment Documentation & Tracking
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Update screening sheets, interview trackers, and offer trackers
  • Maintain client/vendor communication logs
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation
  • Coordination with Sales Team
  • Work closely with the sales team for staffing requirements
  • Understand client hiring needs and timelines
  • Support candidate pipeline readiness
