Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Candidate Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient interview processes.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools/Portals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
