Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify qualified candidates.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
    • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
    • Facilitate smooth and efficient interview processes.
Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools/Portals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
