About The Role
We are looking for an HR-BD Executive who will handle
end-to-end recruitment along with
business development activities by onboarding new companies for hiring support.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Activities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, references & social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Conduct telephonic and video interviews, assess candidate fit, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with employers and hiring managers; ensure timely feedback loops.
- Follow-up with candidates through offer and onboarding until joining and maintain proper documentation in the ATS and candidate tracker.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and track performance against KPIs (e.g., number of candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, offers made, joinings, time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio).
Business Development
- Proactively connect with companies for manpower/recruitment support and identify hiring requirements.
- Generate leads via calls, emails & networking; use outbound channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted emailing campaigns.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure recurring hiring engagements and reduce client churn.
- Present service offerings professionally and convert prospects into clients; work toward BD KPIs (e.g., leads generated per week, meetings scheduled, conversion rate, new clients onboarded, revenue targets).
Reporting & Tools
- Prepare and submit weekly recruitment and BD dashboards to the HR Manager/BD Head highlighting pipeline status, open positions, time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and key challenges.
- Maintain daily updates in the ATS/CRM and candidate tracker; produce monthly hiring reports and insights (source effectiveness, funnel metrics).
- Tools typically used: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WhatsApp, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), MS Excel, ATS/Recruitment platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Naukri RMS) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Use simple analytics to monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements (e.g., improve sourcing channels, reduce time-to-fill).
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and operations for weekly alignment on priorities and reporting cadence.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Confidence in calling and interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel & Portals); comfortable using ATS/CRM tools
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Fresher or Experience both can apply (Recruitment experience preferred)
Qualification
- Graduate Preferred (Any Stream)
Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Incentives: Target + Performance-based monthly incentives
