Position: HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: min. 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; schedule interviews.

Pre-Joining Formalities – Ensure smooth pre joining formalities and onboarding.

Recruitment Database & Pipeline Management – Maintain a strong pipeline for vacant positions.

Background Verification & Reference Checks – Conduct necessary verifications before hiring.

HR Metrics & Recruitment Analytics – Prepare hiring reports, track recruitment effectiveness, and provide insights.

HR Operations Assistance – Support Senior HR executives in day to day operations as and when required.

MIS Reports & HR Analytics – Assist in preparing hiring status reports, and workforce data analysis.

Market Research & Salary Benchmarking – Gather data on hiring trends and salary structures.

What we're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in recruitment (Real Estate industry preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes

Analytical mindset with an interest in HR metrics and data
