Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategies for talent acquisition, and ultimately contribute to building a high-performing workforce
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Parma/Banking exp will be prefered
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
