What will you do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking within the ITeS industry.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of talent trends, competitor hiring strategies
- Process Excellence: Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, candidate experience is positive, and all compliance requirements are met.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the pharma digital domain.
What will you need
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 -3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition domain.
- Proven track record in hiring tech roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, and other professional networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight timelines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and HR best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in HR preferred, but not mandatory.
