Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, based in Rajkot. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers with recruitment strategies. The role also requires maintaining candidate databases, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration with HR teams and staying updated with hiring trends in the BFSI industry are crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruiting techniques
  • Familiarity with conducting candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and industry trends, particularly within the BFSI sector
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems
  • Analytical skills for assessing candidate alignment with job roles and cultural fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in BFSI recruitment will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment
