Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across multiple domains such as Sales, Operations, BPO, BFSI, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be experienced in sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently, including handling bulk hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and other functional areas
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Handle bulk/volume hiring and organize walk-in drives when required
• Maintain and update candidate records using ATS or Excel trackers
• Perform reference checks and assist in offer rollout and negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, and pipeline strength
