We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on job portals
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract candidates

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
