Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles (technical & non-technical)
- Understand job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or internal database
- Foster positive candidate experiences and employer branding
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs/career events as needed
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 14 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in hiring for multiple industries or high-volume roles
