Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. This role focuses on attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs

Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Assess Candidates Skills, Experience, And Cultural Fit

Conduct background checks and reference checks as required

Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR leadership

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems

Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring laws

Strong interviewing and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for specialized or high-volume roles

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting
