Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter (C2H)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across industries such as NBFC BFSI, Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
Understand client requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Support onboarding and documentation process

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Familiarity with job portals is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for bulk or volume positions
Knowledge of local hiring markets
Ability to handle walk-in interviews
