We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions- (Blue collar hirings-nanny, caregivers)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and employers for future hiring needs

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment
  • Graduation and Masters preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships
