We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions- (Blue collar hirings-nanny, caregivers)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Build relationships with potential candidates and employers for future hiring needs
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment
- Graduation and Masters preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships
