We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to support our talent acquisition team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients & candidates while learning end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and joining formalities
- Assist in offer rollouts and documentation
- Support employer branding activities such as job postings and social media updates
- Learn recruitment tools, ATS, and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
