Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to support our talent acquisition team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients & candidates while learning end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and joining formalities
  • Assist in offer rollouts and documentation
  • Support employer branding activities such as job postings and social media updates
  • Learn recruitment tools, ATS, and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
