HR RECRUITER

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating with candidates and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
• Prepare and release offer/appointment letters.
• Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring status.
• Support other HR activities as required.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple positions and candidates.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
