Role Description
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring timely communication and closure.
- Handle onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job fairs.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with hiring tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
