Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Fashion Designer to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative design and production execution in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Brand Description:
SITU is a modern women's fashion brand creating size-inclusive, versatile everyday wear. We focus on blending comfort and contemporary design to deliver styles that are both trend-relevant and easy to wear in everyday life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop trend-forward collections aligned with fast fashion cycles
- Create commercially viable designs suitable for mass production and defined price points
- Develop detailed tech packs with accurate specifications for production
- Work closely with internal teams including sampling, CAD, and production
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely execution and quality control
- Contribute to print development, embroidery detailing, and surface design
- Select and finalize fabrics, trims, and materials based on design and costing requirements
- Monitor sampling, fittings, and final production outputs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fast fashion, ethnic wear, or fusion wear
- Strong understanding of:
- Fabric types, sourcing, and garment construction
- Embroidery techniques and print development
- Production processes and bulk manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in:
- Tech pack creation
- Working with CAD teams and sampling units
- Proficiency in design software (high priority):
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Photoshop (or similar tools)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to design within target costing and price points
- Good communication and team coordination skills
