Job Description

CBM India Trust is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support our growing teams through effective and inclusive hiring practices.

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines across functions and locations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying talent, building relationships, and contributing to an inclusive and mission-driven workplace.

The position offers an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and support organizational growth by attracting individuals who align with CBM India Trust's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment cycles from requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist in hiring interns, volunteers, consultants, and trainees as required.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Facilitate reference checks, onboarding coordination, and induction planning for selected candidates.
  • Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and professional networks.
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to strengthen talent outreach.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and inclusive hiring practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Hiring roles.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
