HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
candidate sourcing, recruitment portals, and CV preparation , along with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals
- Screening profiles and coordinating interviews
- Making, editing, and formatting CVs as per client requirements
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients
- Handling follow-ups and offer closures
Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- Up to 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Good understanding of CV screening and formatting
- Excellent English communication (verbal written)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Location Preference
Candidates residing near
Malad, Goregaon, or Kandivali will be preferred.
