Job Description

We are Looking for an HR Recruiter (1+ year experience) in BFSI/Financial Services to manage in-house hiring, source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, coordinate with consultants, and support interview and joining processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

  • Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment

  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants / agencies

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Maintain hiring trackers and MIS

  • Support offer rollouts and joining formalities

Requirements

  • 1+ year recruitment experience in BFSI / Financial Services
  • Experience managing consultants
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
