About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive aggressive hiring mandates across multiple roles. This position demands someone who can own recruitment end-to-end and deliver results under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive hiring across academic, corporate, and operational roles
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets
- Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates with speed and accuracy
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
- 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred)
- Proven ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills and command over LinkedIn & job portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with tight deadlines
