Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
- Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
- Maintaining records and preparing documents related to employment.
- Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Extensive experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Experience in working at a recruitment agency would be an advantage.
- Track record of closing positions within a month
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
