Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and experience in hiring across multiple roles within timelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
