We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for the role
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings and offer negotiations
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws in India
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
