About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company's employer brand across various hiring platforms.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Technical roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology hiring is a plus.
