Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and hiring candidates through various job portals. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, grow, and contribute to fulfilling ongoing recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals.
- Screen resumes.
- Understand job requirements for various openings and match candidates accordingly.
- Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update tracking sheets regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future requirements.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand job descriptions and match relevant profiles
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and grow in the HR domain
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
