Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Extend job offers and assist with onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on domestic hiring.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
