Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for multiple clients across domains.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
