Description
We are looking for candidates for multiple openings in HR in our Organization which is more than 32 years old in HR Consulting. We require Freshers as well experienced candidates which could be from one year to as much as 20 years depending on their skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases for accurate reporting.
- Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Coordinate Compensation Negotiation, joining formalities.
- PF, ESI compliances including UAN creation, PF Challan generation & deposit.
- TDS Computation, TDS Return Filing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent Communication skills in spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
