Consult with business leaders and HR Partners on compensation and benefits needs in APAC
Review global compensation programs and structures for regional market-competitiveness and provide recommendations for effective change
Review global and regional benefits programs and coordinate with local vendors and benefit brokers to ensure programs are aligned with market competitiveness, including helping process annual benefit renewals for countries in your region
Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking process to ensure jobs are correctly aligned to global structures
Partner with business leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in compensation and benefits program management
monitoring new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional compensation and benefits programs
Partner within global compensation and benefits team to assist with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of compensation and benefits projects as needed, including Mergers & Acquisitions and restructuring
Coordinate communication and change-management plans with local business leaders
Assist with program administration and escalated associate issues within APAC
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7+ years of experience with compensation and benefits in APAC
Self-starter with ability to manage projects and job responsibilities with limited supervision
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly, partner with various teams and influence key leaders
High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and financial acumen required
