We are looking for a mature and self-driven HR Business Partner to manage the Bangalore office independently. This role combines HR Business Partnering and HR Generalist responsibilities, requiring someone who can operate autonomously while aligning people strategy with business objectives.
You will act as the single point of contact for the Bangalore office, partnering closely with business leaders, supporting employee lifecycle management, driving engagement, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless HR operations. The role requires working in the 3:00 PM 12:00 AM shift to support business alignment across time zones.
The ideal candidate is confident, structured, hands-on, and capable of balancing strategic HR partnering with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR contact for the Bangalore office.
Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning and people initiatives.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance discussions, exits.
Drive employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of grievances.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
Support performance management processes and talent reviews.
Provide data-driven HR insights to leadership.
Maintain HR dashboards and reports for management visibility.

Experience Range:
4 5 Years
Graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
