About the job - HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner, who will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business. This role also has the responsibility of supporting the Head HR India, to deliver and implement key people initiatives and annual HR activities across Global Capability Centre based in Bangalore and other key functions .

The HR Business Partner is willing to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience across many HR functions and a proven track record to partner strategically with business leaders. This candidate will complement our team by role modelling our core values, making data-informed decisions, eager to authentically impact an evolving, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

Leadership Partnerships: Guide and influence leaders by understanding and balancing the needs of businesses, employees, and the organisation as a whole in line with the company's culture and values.Coach on effective ways to enhance team productivity and longevity.

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leaders and India HR head to understand business objectives, providing strategic HR advice that supports the achievement of Sinch goals.

Organizational Design & Development: Lead initiatives to assess and refine organizational structures, ensuring they support business goals and promote agility, scalability, and operational efficiency. Partner with leaders to design optimal team structures, role definitions, and decision-making processes to improve collaboration and performance.

Talent Management: In partnership with the Centre of Practice, drive talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet future needs.

Change Management: Lead HR-driven change initiatives and provide expert guidance on building a local high performing capability centre.

Employee Relations: Implement talent strategies to foster a culture of inclusivity, equity, and high performance. Manage complex employee relations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and global HR policies while creating a positive work environment.

Workforce Planning: Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that optimize organizational design, resourcing, and cost-effectiveness in line with business growth and expansion plans.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize external benchmarking, HR operations and analytics/workforce data to inform strategic decisions, monitor HR trends, and anticipate future challenges or opportunities for improvement

Skills & Experience

To contribute to this role, you should have:

  • Should be an MBA - HR from a recognized institution
  • Min 8+ years of relevant experience into HR and 3-4 years experience into GCC.
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with experience influencing others and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Ability to design and implement programs aligned with organizational needs
  • Comfortable with work in a hybrid working model.
  • Ability to learn and grow with the company

Big plus!

  • Relevant work experience of HRBP role in GCC.
  • Based in Bangalore
