Role Brief:
We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to streamline and manage HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting people initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation & inputs for BGV & insurance.
- Assist in drafting and issuing employment documents.
Payroll and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with external consultants & finance team.
- Supporting on payroll related compliance registration & payments. (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.
HR Systems and Analytics:
- Manage and update HRIS systems and employee databases.
- Generate accurate HR metrics, such as attendance, attrition, and engagement.
- Managing HR Lifecycle tools e.g. Insurance, BGV, travel desk, etc.
Policy and Process Implementation:
- Own & drive adherence to company policies and ensure a consistent employee experience.
Other Administrative Functions:
- Support the visa, travel, and relocation related process for employees if required.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations / Payroll or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll & compliance as per Indian Labour Laws.
- Proficient in MS Excel & HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of energy, ownership of driving things end to end, confidentiality and integrity.
