Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operational activities including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HRMS, compliance, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage onboarding and exit formalities (documents, ID, access, HRMS updates)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and letters
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Maintain attendance and leave records
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions)
Address salary, payslip, and payroll-related employee queries
HRMS & Compliance
Manage HRMS (GreytHR or similar) onboarding, exits, updates
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws)
Support audits and compliance documentation
Employee Engagement & Support
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes
Support engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication
Maintain discipline and ensure policy adherence
Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, payroll)
Share daily/weekly/monthly HR dashboards with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (HR preferred)
13 years of experience in HR Operations
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (GreytHR preferred)
Good knowledge of payroll processes and labor compliance
Strong Excel and documentation skills
Clear communication in English & Hindi
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
