Job Description

Role Brief:

We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to streamline and manage HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting people initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation & inputs for BGV & insurance.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing employment documents.

Payroll and Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with external consultants & finance team.
  • Supporting on payroll related compliance registration & payments. (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.

HR Systems and Analytics:

  • Manage and update HRIS systems and employee databases.
  • Generate accurate HR metrics, such as attendance, attrition, and engagement.
  • Managing HR Lifecycle tools e.g. Insurance, BGV, travel desk, etc.

Policy and Process Implementation:

  • Own & drive adherence to company policies and ensure a consistent employee experience.

Other Administrative Functions:

  • Support the visa, travel, and relocation related process for employees if required.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR operations / Payroll or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll & compliance as per Indian Labour Laws.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of energy, ownership of driving things end to end, confidentiality and integrity.
